This charming home is a recently renovated property dating back to the historical period of British colonization. This townhouse is entirely built with robust Maltese stones which act as insulators for the inner ambience keeping the rooms relatively fresh in the summer and warm in winter. If you are looking for an authentic spacious accommodation that is immersed in local culture, architecture and history, this is the right place to enjoy your holidays. This house is divided into four levels: Ground floor: It consists of a welcoming entrance and a well-lit staircase that was built with the typical Maltese stone, which will connect you to the first floor. First floor: This level houses a spacious kitchen that offers all the necessary utensils to cook a nice dinner for two or a family meal. The strengths of this place? 1) The kitchen has a characteristic balcony that overlooks one of the most picturesque alleys of Birgu. Our guests can expect to find food and some ingredients to prepare an English and European-style breakfast. As well, guests will find a variety of tea options and a coffee machine which makes a high-quality Italian coffè. 2) A few steps from the kitchen, our guests will find the air-conditioned living room, which offers a space for work, a comfortable sofa with two armchairs, and a smart TV. The most exciting thing about this space is probably the typical Maltese balcony which offers an exclusive view of the central square of Birgu. This floor has a service bathroom. Second floor: By going upstairs, guests will find two gracious bedrooms. What do the bedrooms offer? Both rooms are equipped with air-conditioning. - The double room offers a comfortable bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, closet, private fridge, and a typical balcony overlooking a picturesque alley. - The other bedroom instead offers two single beds and the same features as the first. This room also features the characteristic Maltese balcony overlooking the square.

The old town of Birgu is perhaps one of the richest locations when it comes to Maltese Heritage. By living in our house, guests are likely to have an authentic Maltese experience. In fact, you will be practically immersed in the most central part of Birgu with the possibility of having a walk around the characteristics streets. Our guests are going to find essential amenities just a few steps from the house, such as groceries, a pharmacy, and one ATM. Besides, many restaurants and local bars can be found near the house. Additionally, it is very easy to access the beautiful promenade.
