Property information
Casa San Carlo has three individual units in an original Valletta town house built in early 1,500s making it one of the oldest in the area. the units have been completely modernised but still keep the original features of natural stone, wooden beams and Maltese tiles. Casa San Carlo is liked by guests who appreciate these traditional features.
All have a small outside seating area, The upper floors are accessed by a glass elevator.
Neighbourhood information
This one of the oldest parts of Valletta. this was where the city bakery and abattoir was situated. Now this building has been refurbished and converted into the Valletta Design Cluster with a roof top garden. Directly outside our front door. Close, 200mts you are in Republic St and 10/15 mins walk more to the bus station, the ferries to Gozo, Three Cities and Sliema. Also close, 50mts, is the Sally Port access to the sea where locals swim and sun bathe from the rocks. Going 100mts towards the centre you will find Straight Street which is Valletta's original nightlife zone and this also has been rejuvenated with a choice of bars and restaurants.
