Tucked away in Black River with superior style and comfort, Sunset Coast is located on the most sought-for residential coast of the island. It is a brand new luxury beach apartment which places comfort and relaxation at the heart of everyday life. The Apartment covers an area of 155 m2 designed with a modern fully-equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living area that opens onto a wide veranda offering a spectacularly wide-angled coastal scenery with the added bonus of a no less scenic rear view onto the landmark Tourelle hill. The Apartment is fitted out to the highest technical norms and finishing standards going as far as all major electrical appliances, household textiles and linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils. Common Amenities range from free parking to 24hr security and maintenance services. Thatch kiosks/umbrella & sun loungers are provided in common pool and beach areas. The barbeque area is our favourite place on earth - found under massive indigenous tress with breathtaking views on Le Morne Barbant Mountain - truly a paradise on earth!
Black River is a well-developed region, very touristic and well known for its incredible beaches and Crystal Sea. The shopping is great with selected international and local fashion; the dining is good, quality or relaxed. Within very close proximity, you will also find 2 European style supermarkets, wine shops, butcher shops, chemists, a family doctor, Medical Center, petrol stations, a police station as well as a Tourism Information Kiosk. There is a wide selection of banks which are open from 09:30-1500 Mon-Thurs and 09:00-17:00 on Fridays. The climate is one of the best on the island with average of (27°C - 33°C) with peaks in the summer period.
