Nybyggt hus med härlig trädgård som är delad med 2 andra hus på tomten. Ett master sovrum med dörr ut till en av husets två terrasser. Sängen är 160 cm bred, toaletten delas med ett mindre sovrum med säng 120 cm. Det finns ytterligare ett mindre sovrum med säng 120 cm - egen ingång till badrum med tvättmaskin. Badrummet nås även från hallen. I vardagsrummet finns soffa och matbord, samt ett enklare kök med möjlighet att tillaga enklare måltider. Vardagsrummet har fläktar i taket. Huset har wifi, luftkonditionerade sovrum samt två terrasser under tak.
Älskar Maldiverna och vill att andra ska få njuta av detta paradis.
Centralt läge, nära affärer och service. Promenadavstånd till havet.
