We came with our sailing yacht, 16 years ago, after 7 years of sailing from the Netherlands to Langkawi and fell in love with the island. We picked up our hobby designing/creating nice houses and decorate them as a nice “home” for our guests. We are love to mingle in when people like; We were bikers as well on 800 till 1600cc, we love to maintain the property, to make music, to cook or try out the nice restaurants around us.

We are in the centre of the island. The island is 45 x 25 km approx., so all is nearby. We are in a rural area where you still have the “kampungs” villages, local markets and restaurants and walks through the paddy fields. But only 10 minutes from the main city and 15 to 25 minutes to all sorts of beaches. You can be easily and quick in the crowd but return to the tranquillity of our area
