Waterfront living near Puteri Harbour and Legoland. This high-rise Teega Residence is strategically located near Hotel Jen, Puteri Harbour Marina and the International Ferry Terminal. The promenade has an extensive range of food and beverages to offer. Nearby attraction include universities @ Edu City and LEGOLAND. The 3 bedrooms are furnised with built in wardrobe and fully air-conditioned. The hall has a sofa for relaxation with a TV and wireless internet. Most hotel courtesy items are available such as toilet paper, towels and shampoo. Complimentary coffee and tea package are available. A baby chair is provided and the dinner table sit 8 person comfortably. Before arrival guest need to submit Form 002 (guest lists) to the Management Office for security reason.
I like to interact and enjoy socializing with people. I am passionate to serve others and feel a sense of satisfaction when guests can relax and enjoy their stay in my place.
At times, I may have some other commitment and will not be able to meet you. However, I am using smart lock so guests can check in on their own at a convenient timing. I will follow through to make your stay a pleasant one.
We normally do not disturb our neighbour and you can enjoy a pleasant and peaceful stay.
