The View - with 180 Degree Sea Views located in Xai Xai Mozambique on Xai Xai Beach Front. This beachfront property offers access to a private deck overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunrise and sunsets. Free private parking and free WiFi is available at the property. Extra parking for a boat and jet ski's is also available on the property. A garden at the back of the house is available for playing games like volleyball and beach cricket. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the holiday home's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax on the sunny deck. The spacious holiday home features 1 Sea Facing Main Bedroom, 1 Sea Facing Second Bedroom, 1 Sea Facing Third Bedroom. All bedrooms have folding doors that open to the outside for fresh air and stunning views. The main Bedroom has a on suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. A Separate full bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin is shared by the other two rooms. A separate toilet is also available. The holiday home offers bed linen, towels and laundry service and a daily cleaning service. A fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, 5 plate gas stove top, a microwave, ice maker, a fridge/freezer combo, an extra 110L chest freezer, separate scullery with all plates, glasses and cooking pots is available. A restaurant and bar with sea views can be found on-site overlooking the beach. Guests at the holiday home will be able to enjoy activities in and around Xai-Xai, like snorkelling, swimming, own boating, reef fishing, deep sea fishing, own quad biking, value for money restaurants and pub crawling.
We look forward to hosting you at our beautiful house with absolutely stunning views of the ocean. Two staff members are available to clean and assist you with help during the day. Do ask Sergio for mussels and oysters if the tides are right he will present you with clean fresh product at an extra cost. Delphine will make you feel at home and she could bring you fresh POW's (a round bread / bun) when she comes in every morning. Please pay her in advance for the bread as well as give her a gratuity fee for doing this.
Visit the old hotel on the beachfront 4km away, drink sun downers on top of a high dune, go to the market in town, visit the restaurants on the beachfront, go pub crawling and just enjoy this time. Relax and unwind.
