Just a 10-minute drive from downtown Nouméa, you’ll also enjoy the convenience of being close to Dumbéa Mall, Les Jardins d’Apogoti shopping complex, and a gas station at the entrance of the neighborhood. We do our best to offer you a pleasant stay in a friendly and respectful atmosphere. Please take note of a few important house guidelines: • Payment: The total amount of the stay is to be paid upon arrival directly to the host (by bank transfer or cash (AUD, EUR, USD, or XPF)). • Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out before 11:00 a.m. (Other arrangements can be made upon request, we’re flexible 😊). • Important: Bedrooms are private, no worries about that! However, bathrooms are shared (2 rooms per shower), as well as common areas such as the living room and kitchen. • Quiet and respect: Parties and unregistered visitors are not allowed. • Pets: Not allowed. • Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house, only outside. • Breakfast: Available upon request (1,500 XPF).
