Our beautiful detached house has just been renovated and is fully equipped with all modern comforts. It is quietly located at the end of a small and peaceful holiday park. You can park your car on your own private parking space. The house features a very well-equipped kitchen, a lovely bathroom with a rain shower, and a cosy living/dining room with wooden accents, a wood-burning stove, and a TV with many channels. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms suitable for up to six people. Outside, you can step into the barrel sauna and then cool off in the lounge set under the spacious veranda. The garden is enclosed with an 80 cm high fence, so your little ones and the dog can run around freely. You have neighbours across the street (a forest), and the back garden offers a direct view of the flower fields.

We are Melany & Rembrandt and we live in Nieuw-Vennep, near Amsterdam. A long time ago, we fell in love with the beautiful coastline of Sint Maarten in North Holland. We both love the sea, the beach, and the charming villages of Sint Maartenszee and Sint Maartensbrug. The decision to buy our own little house close to the beach was therefore an easy one. Because we want others to enjoy the beach, the beautiful dunes, and the sea in this wonderful region just as much as we do, we decided to rent out our house to tourists. We do this with lots of love and passion through our small business, Getaway Homes. Our goal is to give our guests an unforgettable holiday — and where better to do that than in Sint Maarten in North Holland, wonderfully close to the sea and the beach! Sint Maartensbrug is a village close to the sea. It is a paradise for sun worshippers, walkers, and cyclists. Anyone who has discovered Sint Maartensbrug once will always return. Originally, the region was an area of livestock farming and arable land, which later developed into an important centre for flower bulb cultivation. If you want to enjoy a peaceful holiday close to the dunes and the sea, this is the perfect place. The village invites you to take a lovely bike ride or walk along the flower fields, through the dunes, and to the sea. Good to know: The back garden of our house borders directly on the organic flower fields. During the flowering season, you can sit in the garden and enjoy all the beautiful colours and scents. In the area, there are plenty of fun things to do with children, and the dog can run freely on the beach. In our house, you will find a folder with all the information. Even in high season, the tranquillity of the dunes is never far away, and you can enjoy a day at the beach in all seasons. Sint Maarten is known for its easily accessible beach, is certainly one of the most beautiful beaches in the Netherlands, and is very popular with tourists.
