After booking the guest will receive an email with a confirmation, invoice and the payment policies.

The guest will be asked to transfer the fee (the fee includes a refundable damage fee of 100 euros per apartment) before stay, at the due date visible on the confirmation email.

Please note that last minute reservations can be paid in cash during check-in.

When booking for 6 guests or more, different policies and additional fees may apply.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 100 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
