Welcome to my home, where I live with 1 dog and3-4 cats, in a cozy apartment with a view. 5 minutes walk to the seaside and a short walk to the town centre. Your room is relatively small, only 8-9 Sqm but the kitchen, bathroom, garden and back patio is spacious. The two rooms we have for let share the bathroom and kitchen table (and outdoors when the weather allows on the stormy, wild, West coast) In the garden you will also find plentyful herbs (and at the right season berries) for you to use. The fully equipped kitchen offers numerous spices, oils, home grown herbs etc, + coffee and many teas. The host has her own private quarters and bathroom, but share the vintage kitchen with you. The host is not always there to welcome you, and might be away, but will send the details you need for a tranquil, independent stay in beautiful surroundings.

A traveller by heart who loves to welcome fellow adventurers. Former wrestler but now a petite woman, still full of energy. Journalist and teacher. Learning French and playing the piano these days. Madly in love with my new neighbourhood and would love for others to experience it. Appreciate being a teenage mom and foster home to needing animals. Love to see the deer in my garden in the morning. Don't love the damage they do, but they are here to stay. Go hiking in a hammoch every chance I get. Prefereably with my son, cat and dog.

Walk to the sea in three minutes or town in 10. Quiet beautiful neighbourhood. Street is full of colourful wooden houses, all came from Sweden in 1941, when the town was bombed flat, and the whole population of Kristiansund had to flee. Like living in nature, but still so central. The best hikes are around here. Deer in the garden, sea eagles flying over the roof, berries and herbs for your use in the garden.
