This properties entrance is on the Hauraki Cycle Trail, only 2.5km from town. The cottage is surrounded by farmland. You will have exclusive use of this 3 bedroom country home which can easily accomodate 7 people. An 11 minute drive to the sensational Wairere Falls bush walk. 17 minutes to Hobbiton Movie Set. Has foam mattresses for groups up to 11 as well as a portacot.
Matamata is a thriving town with many cafes, restaurants and shops to explore. The pathway from A Place in the Paddock to town means you can stroll to town.
