Peaceful coastal retreat in Atawhai, just minutes from Nelson’s centre. Enjoy sea and mountain views, a spa overlooking sunsets, and tranquil gardens with BBQ and outdoor kitchen. The spacious, light-filled home offers open-plan living, a relaxed bach vibe, and separate downstairs bedrooms with their own kitchen and bathroom - ideal for couples or families. Noise note: All waterfront and SH6 properties may experience some road or port noise. This home is set back from the road, screened by vegetation, double-glazed, and well insulated - most guests find it very peaceful. Spa use: Spa pool use is not permitted after 10pm due to local regulations and nearby neighbours. BOND REQUIREMENT: Credit card details and an authority to charge are required prior to arrival as a bond. The cardholder is responsible for leaving the property neat and tidy. By booking, you authorise the accommodation provider to charge for any repair, replacement, or extra cleaning needed due to damage or misuse during your stay.

This area overlooks the stunning Haven Estuary, Nelson's iconic Boulder Bank and spectacular Tasman Bay, fringed by oft snow-capped mountains on the other side.
