Little Sweetie is a gorgeous, renovated cottage located in the middle of Oamaru - so you can walk everywhere. Snug and cosy with a balcony with outdoor table and chairs - this is a ideal property for all seasons. Enjoy the view out over the historic precinct and out to sea. Two beautiful bedrooms with a main full bathroom with the convenience of a second toilet located off the laundry. This property is ideal for a short or long stay.
Creating a property that is a home away from home was the most important goal for me. Travelling is exciting but can be tiring and having a place to relax with space to create a meal or watch your favorite TV show in the lounge is the best of both worlds! I love meeting new people and being a host means I get the opportunity to interact with people from all over the world!
Little Sweetie is centrally located near all restaurants and bars, the historic precinct, Friendly Bay and the Oamaru Harbour. It is a safe, quiet part of town and walking distance to everything including a supermarket and chemist. There is an art gallery, museum, library, cafes and shops all within 250m.
