The room is a large sleepout behind the main house. Guests have the use of 2 private outside spaces and access to a bathroom at the back of the house not accessible by others.
Most of the time it will be only myself at home, sometimes my often, my older kids may be there visiting or staying. Happy to provide anything not already in the room on request if able.
Lots of local restaurants and bars, close to Eden Park, Western Springs park and stadium, Ponsonby Rd, MOTAT, the Zoo and Chamberlain Golf Course.
