House overlooks 10 acres of bush and the harbour. You have the ground floor, two bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds along with your own bathroom and toilet. You are welcome to share the lounge and outside deck downstairs with us. It's a 4 minutes drive to the town basin, swimming pool and gym. 10 minutes to airport. The space Each room has built in wardrobes. There is fridge for your use in the laundry room. The ground floor houses the bedrooms, laundry, bathroom and toilet. This is a no smoking and no pet property.
We are retired sociable people. If cater for both types of guests, ones who prefer engaging with us to learn about the area and our life style or if you prefer some privacy then we'll keep contact to a minimum. We are available by mobile and email to answer your questions. Debbie loves to go walking and sometimes our guest tag along for the added experiences. There are several splendid tracks close by on Parihaka hill.
Being just a short 4 minute drive to the town basin but still rural is quite unique. Our property has ten acres of bush with the neighbours some distance away. It's very quite and private but if you are lucky you might here an owl call during the night. No street lights or noise to keep you awake.
