The 300m2 home sits on a 2500m2 section. The house has amazing views to the east and west- perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets. We have wonderful orchard on the section with multiple fruits - mandarins, oranges, limes, apples, plums and many more. We have a kids playground outside with swings and a slide. The section is surrounded by farmland. The farm is a dairy farm with cows which will be often seen in the surrounding paddocks. Inside the house we have 6 bedrooms - each room can sleep 2 people. We have two lounges - one is the tv room where we have a projector screen for watching movies/ tv. The home is a minutes drive from tirau and also the Tirau golf course.
We are in the perfect location for a central north island getaway. 10 minutes from hobbiton. 5 minutes from the red barn. 45 minutes to Tauranga, 50 minutes to Rotorua. 1 hr 20 to Taupo. 45 minutes to Hamilton.
