Andy's Place is conveniently located in at Purok 5 of Bgy Gogon, Legazpi. Approach to the place is a newly cemented road about 50 meters away from the highway making it free from disturbance. This is a three-storey building. All units are equipped with own kitchen and toilet and bath. Viewing site is available at rooftop to see the majestic Mayon volcano. Solar panels are used in case of power interruption for internet, lights and limited appliances only.

We are couple Sonia and Bobby. We manage the place. We are couple known in the neighborhood as friendly and helpful. We've been in the area for more than two decades and we love to welcome guests all over the world and make them feel at home during their visit to Legazpi Albay.

Peaceful with friendly neighborhood, it offers you a clear and serene view of the majestic Mayon volcano and downtown Legazpi City. Make a three minute drive, you are in downtown, commercial hubs like SM Mall and Ayala Mall, convenient stores. Similarly situated are regional offices and schools nearby. Places to visit within 5-10 minutes drive are Sawangan Park, Legazpi Boulevard, Lignon Hills, Sumlang Lake, Quituinan Hills in Camalig town. The new Bicol International Airport in Daraga can be reached in 25 minutes.
