Family owned & the cozy "condotel" has personalized touch for a homey vibe to feel comfortable & enjoyable stay. We want you to comeback! Feel free to send us messages for suggestions to make your comeback much more fun! We appreciate our guests... The property is safe with a 24-hour security assistance. Parking is available upon request. No car, no problem. Cabs are on standby outside the gate most of the time. We have 24/7 guards on duty & assist guests.
We have team of friends & owner who take turns to assist guests whether their local or overseas. Depending on the timezone, we always have somebody to respond to queries. Amie is local in the Philippines and she is also the in-person assistant for guests. She has a background in property management. Meg is based in USA. She responds to off-business hour questions and makes decision to unusual & last minute requests.
Located in the MegaWorld district, close to major establishments, malls, supermarkets, convenience stores, laundrynettes & wide variety of local & international restaurants. Just few steps across the street to access the Esplanade jogging path with relaxing view of the Iloilo River.
