Private residence inside a the Ocean Park gated community. The pedestrian access to the streets are locked after 8PM and the only access is through the beach or the security guard. Uber and private tour buses can pick guests right in front of the home. The property is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the jogging and tennis park on the Ultimo Trolley park.
