I love sharing a piece of my Island with guests! We have great beaches, food, and local experiences waiting for you to explore.

Being born and raised in Puerto Rico, we get to experience the gorgeous summer weather year-round. We created this space to share that feeling with our guests. The complex features the largest pool in the area, and a dream location with access to a walkable, scenic trail that leads to the beach, and scooter rental area. Once you walk in, you will see the living room, then the kitchen. The first bathroom features a walk in shower. The second bathroom also features a walk in shower and a tub. The room includes two queen beds, blackout curtains, a closet, and a balcony. Two luggage racks are provided for convenience. Features Air conditioning in the main room Internet with WiFi connection Two brand-new Queen size beds, large bathroom with walk in shower and a tub Second bathroom with walk in shower (no paper in the toilet please) Local TV cable service Fully functional kitchen Beachfront On site amenities Large pool with gazebo Gate with access to the walking trail and beach (note this is considered open ocean and not recommended for guests, the best beach is at 5 mins driving distance) No smoking or vaping allowed. Tropical life: Please note we live on an Island in the Caribbean, where the climate is tropical and humid. This means it is normal to see bugs, and small harmless critters. We do our best to seal off the property but it is possible. Due to the beach location, it is also normal to see salt deposit marks on the windows and glass. We clean these on a regular basis as part of property maintenance schedule. The official hurricane season ends November 30th. This means it is possible to lose power or water due to the storms. Amenities: The pool is being managed according to the condominium rules. Hours 9 am-10 pm. Please respect these at all times. As part of this, please note if the pool is closed for maintenance, this will be communicated for awareness.
