Our eco house is spread over three levels and a total of 300 m², and can comfortably host up to 8-10 people, with an extra bed for small children. The lower level is dedicated to fun and relaxation - there is a sauna, a bathroom and a spacious "play room" with billiards, a home cinema, darts, an arcade game and a PS5 console. On the middle level there is a fully equipped kitchen with high-end Miele appliances and a Nespresso Vertuo machine, a dining room, a living room, a bathroom and a large terrace that leads directly to the pool - perfect for socializing and enjoying the view. We put the emphasis on supreme comfort: all guests sleep on very comfortable Italian mattresses, and the furniture in the living room is extremely soft and comfortable. Sound system in the house is provided by Bang & Olufsen system, for a complete experience whether you are relaxing or celebrating. Environmental protection is extremely important to us, so energy consumption in the house itself is reduced to a minimum because heating and cooling is done via a heat pump. All lighting is energy efficient, and the house is equipped with a smart home system.
