Property is located in the business quarters of Belgrade called New Belgrade.
New Belgrade is vibrant part of Belgrade, as well as YBC centre, where we are located. You may use convenient location of our Hotel within YBC centre as there is a lot of shops, cafes, banks, exchange offices and boutiques. Our beds are extremely comfortable, done by Bernarda producer and our showers are huge. We also welcome pets. Total room numbers is 21.

- Belgrade Arena is an indoor arena located in Novi Beograd, Belgrade. It is designed as a universal hall for sport, cultural events and other programs. With a total space that covers 48,000 square meters and a capacity of 25,000, it is the largest indoor stadium in Europe.
- Splavovi - Floating River Clubs
- Belgrade Clubs - A specialty of Belgrade, these are basically rafts that have been turned into clubs and are anchored at the riverbank. Most of them are open until the wee hours of morning.
