This modern, uniquely designed apartment in the heart of Novi Sad, located in one of the most beautiful buildings from the 1850s, is just minutes away from Novi Sadss most popular attractions. It provides all the pleasures, perks, and pampering of a hotel but in a fully-furnished private luxury residence. The perfect place for a weekend getaway, business trip, work-from-home option, or cozy home base while you explore everything the city has to offer. It was completely renovated in November 2022! We offer 4 apartments in the same building, great if you are traveling in a bigger group and want to be close to your family and friends! Please be informed that early check-in/late check-out might be available if requested for an additional fee. We do not offer parking. There is public parking. A deposit may be requested for all stays (for special celebrations and dates). This deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of our rental terms and conditions.

In the neighborhood (less than 10 min walk) you can find plenty of museums and most of the main touristic attractions, such as Bishops Palace, The Name of Mary Church, Synagogue, Liberty square, Danube Park, Danube river, Petrovaradin fortress. Nearby you have parks, markets, bakeries, cafes, fast food places, a pharmacy, very good restaurants, clubs, and bars, just around the corner from the apartment. The EXIT FESTIVAL can be reached in 15 min on foot (which you will be very happy about on your way back from the festival). You will be in the perfect place to discover our beautiful city! PARKING: There is parking in the street where the apartment is located (as well as parking lots and garages close) but unless you intend to see the lesser-known parts of Novi Sad you won’t need any form of transportation. The city center is a walking zone, no cars. There are bus stops to every part of the city in a 3-10 minute walking distance from the apartment. I have a detailed map with parking locations and costs so you will have no problem finding something that suits your needs.
