Nalazimo se na svega nekoliko stotina metara od jezera,u blizini hotela Palisad. U okviru objekta Vam je na raspolaganju spa centar sa zatvorenim bazenom, takodje je dostupna i teretana. U zgradi se nalazi recepcija i bar koji poseduje prelepu baštu. U blizini objekta na 150m se nalazi Maxi, na 300m se nalazi Pepco i Gomex, a na 450m se nalazi Univerexport.
