Apartman Kala se nalazi na Trgu Slavija, u neposrednoj blizini Hrama Svetog Save, Kliničkog centra Srbija i Hotela Slavija i Slavija Lux. Lokacija apartmana Kala je izuzetno atraktivna jer ima odličnu saobraćajnu vezu sa železničkom i autobuskom stanicom. Ono što Trg Slavija i apartmane na toj lokaciji čini dodatno interesantnim je saobraćajna veza sa aerodromom „Nikola Tesla“ (aerodrom Beograd) jer je tu polazna/dolazna stanica autobusa koji vozi za aerodrom „Nikola Tesla“. Od Trga Slavija počinje šetačka zona koja ulicom Kralja Milana vodi pored Jugoslovenskog dramskog pozorišta, preko Terazija do Knez Mihajlove ulice, Kalemegdana i svih ostalih znamenitosti grada. Apartman se nalazi na trećem spratu zgrade sa liftom koja je podignuta 2008, ali sam apartman je adaptiran 2013 godine i opremljen je potpuno novim nameštajem.
