We are presenting Avangarda Suites - newly luxuriously furnished apartments, modernly designed. Avangarda Suites are located in central part of New Belgrade, in the most beautiful, most attractive and business district. It is surrounded by various contents, which are adapted to the needs of different tastes. These apartments offer the perfect blend of comfort and style. Position of Avangarda Suites is such that our guests have easy access to the city’s central district and all other parts of Belgrade. With a very close connection to the International High-way E-75, everything around you becomes very accessible. We offer our guests the services of a free gym and free outdoor swimming pool with sitting area, sunbeds and umbrellas. On the ground floor of our building there is a new and modern restaurant Dolly Bell, which is known for its many specialties of national and foreign cuisine that you can enjoy during your stay in the apartments. The surroundings of the apartments offer a wealth of entertainment and shopping opportunities. Three major shopping centers - Ušće, Novi Merkator, and Delta City - are just steps away. The Church of Saint Sava is the largest Serbian Orthodox church, the largest Orthodox church in the Balkans and the fourth largest Orthodox church in the world. One kilometer away from the accommodation is Zemun, which has the famous Grados tower, which is part of the old town. The tower offers a fantastic view of the Danube River and the surrounding area. The nearest airport is Belgrade Nikola Tesla, 8 km from Avangarda Suites. Our apartments are located near the confluence of the Sava River and the Danube.
