This 1-bedroom condo stands out as one of the most spacious units at Citygate Residence, offering 58 sqm compared to the standard 58 sqm. The large balcony overlooks the pool and enjoys a partial sea view thanks to its open surroundings. Recently built, Citygate is the most modern residence in Kamala, combining sleek urban comfort with a tropical resort feel. Enjoy full access to all on-site facilities while staying just a short stroll from the town centre and beautiful Kamala Beach — the perfect blend of convenience, style, and island living. The living room and bedroom are nicely separated, providing a true sense of space, particularly beneficial to a longer stay. Many of our guests happily extend their holidays here. The living room has a cozy sofa and TV and flows seamlessly into the open kitchen and dining area. The bedroom is comfortable with a king size bed and a private bathroom with rain shower. This is the condo with the best amenities in town, including a renowned health clinic with international doctors. Apart from electricity, our price is all inclusive: in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Check-out cleaning and shared WIFI are also included. Electricity is not included and will be charged separately at 200 THB/day. (The full amount of electricity will be charged at check-in). Children are welcome. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed. We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need.
