And during your stay, he/she will be available to support you in any way you might require. Our concierges are enthusiastic young people with a true passion to share their local knowledge. Being a diver since my most tender age (!), I organise snorkelling and diving trips to the local islands every day, on our own private boats. Our crew are very attentive and friendly. The villa is part of Sunset Garden, a brand-new residence in Rawai, the laid-back resort town in the south of Phuket, a stone-throw from amazing Nairharn beach. The bedrooms on the upper floor have panoramic views of the rolling green hills crowned by the Big Buddha sanctuary. The villa's highlight is the large oxygen pool, chemical and salt free. It's like swimming in pure mineral water. The terrazzo coating reflects shimmering light, creating an enchanting ambiance both day and night. Sunset Garden has been dreamed, designed and built by us, based on our rich experience in vacation rental. The unique metal beam structure makes the villa light and stylish, with a post-modern look and feel not seen anywhere else in Phuket. The house is incredibly comfortable and peaceful thanks to its perfect thermal and sonic insulation. The LED lights fully controllable thanks to the automation system create a very romantic ambiance at night. The ground floor has a large living area with a 75-inch smart TV, indoor and outdoor dining tables and a fully equipped kitchen. Phuket's mild and warm weather makes it ideal for enjoying lazy family dinners by the pool, where your children can play and have fun without any worries. This is possible because the pool is equipped with the Purapool system, which filters the water for perfect hygiene without using any chemicals. It is the same technique used for treating bottled water with ozone and UV, ensuring a clean and safe swimming environment. The French windows open fully, integrating the living room with a large sun deck to create a huge living space. There are 4 large ensuite bedrooms, each featuring floating beds, wardrobes and a desk with a chair. Please note: Electricity is not included and is charged separately at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis.

Sunset Garden is located in Soi Sai Yuan 5, a small and peaceful street linked to Soi Sai Yuan, the main commercial area of Rawai. You can easily access by foot shops like 7/11 or Family Mart as well as local & international restaurants and other shops and boutiques. Naiharn’s stunning beach is a mere 3 minute-drive. Tucked between palm-covered hills and dominated by Nai Harn’s peaceful temple, Nai Harn beach has managed to keep a laid back and unspoiled atmosphere. Less crowded than Kata or Karon beaches, it is popular among locals and long-time expatriates for its long stretch of white sand, clear waters and relaxed feel. Other earby attractions: Rawai promenade and sea gipsy seafood village, Big Buddha, Phuket Town, Chalong Bay (starting point for excursions to outlying islands), Elephant trekking.
