“1.住的是二樓的雅房，但共用衛浴乾淨，而且有電風扇直吹，十分通風，地面也能很快乾燥。也喜歡架高的床墊設計，戶外沙子和水不容易帶到床上。 2.洗衣、脫水、晾衣服的設備充足，很方便。 3.住宿的共同守則規定得很清楚（如使用洗衣機的時間），房客們有方向依循，互不打擾。 4.樓頂有觀景台即可欣賞到美麗的海洋與日出，視野也沒有被阻擋，美景一覽無遺。 5.樓下有飲料店和餐廳，離冷泉和東清都近，玩完水可以馬上回來盥洗和補充能量。 6.冷氣有夠涼！ 7.推薦阿桃姐的地下屋導覽，說明詳細、幽默生動，好喜歡阿...”
