“房間乾淨舒適，老闆娘很認真說明，也會提供哪裡可以停車，離羅東夜市很近 走路就可到，我們是住2天 闆娘很注重客人隱私，隔天早上把垃圾放門口即可，闆娘他們會來收 換新的垃圾袋，一樓是自助洗衣 很方便，我們去的那幾天下雨 衣服有淋濕，在樓下洗好烘好 就可以拿回房間折好收進行李箱，下次有再去宜蘭會再選擇住這❤️”

“感覺得出很很用心認真在經營，而且都還很新，乾淨舒適，有除濕機很讚，空間寬敞，裝潢簡單沒問題，住得舒服比較重要。還有電梯。闆娘、老闆都很熱情，希望能保持環境，之後有機會會再來。(只差在停車位需要找而已)”

“乾淨的環境是住宿客最在意的地方，4/23入住二人一晚，很開心房間及浴室都好乾淨呀！冷氣也是沒問題的，房間有一個大約180左右寬的衣櫃可供掛衣服，床是雙人大床舒服好睡，也有梳妝台，有附二瓶礦泉水，還有陽台，平日一晚$1200+停車200，是來羅東找民宿的好選擇！最重要的老闆娘好客氣，謝謝您。”

“民宿經營非常用心，房間寬敞 絕對清潔 沒氣味 安靜，傢俬 置物架 足夠而且保養 都非常清潔 新淨，備品齊全，水 紙巾 洗漱 面容清潔小品 茶包等(洗髮包 沐浴包 每人每天一份，但習慣自備所以沒影響)，燈光佈置優，每個細節也令住宿舒適；4層高平房 地面是自助洗衣，進入有雙重門禁保安，有電梯貫通，香薰放公眾空間 走道，沒刺鼻氣味的… 處處是心思，真心欣賞，有潔癖的也可放心入住。 (入住期間老板似乎沒安排其他人入住我這邊的房間，所以我覺得很安靜，因為乘電梯期間聽到另一空間的房間有小孩吵雜聲…...”
