This apartment comprises of two bedrooms with super king beds, one ensuite room, kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, a spacious bathroom with a walk in shower cabin, a washing machine, cosy living room with a flat screen television and a dining area. It is a well secured property with metal iron gates on the first floor of the building. Please be advised that electricity is not included in the rental rates. The apartment is fitted with a meter that allows you to pay for your energy as you use it. The property has 21GB of free WIFI that has been provided for a month. For additional usage after this, there will be an additional cost to access a further 21GB or 60GB which will be at the guests own cost. The apartment is situated in central Zanzibar, an ideal location close enough to walk around to local shops and transport links. The distance from the airport (Abeid Amani Karume International Airport) to the property is 11 minutes by car and 6 minutes to Zanzibar Ferry Terminal Malindi Road. Forodhani beach is just 11 mins away by car from the property!
It takes 4 minutes to get to Darajani community shop market by car where you can get food such as seafood, meat, fresh fruit and spices. There are also shops selling a number of different goods such as electronics and clothing. A popular tourist spot, Forodhani Gardens located right in the heart of the city in Stone Town is just 11 minutes away where you can enjoy the local cuisine in a vibrant atmosphere near the beach.
