We are located on the edge of a beautiful tranquil conservation area within the popular Sandy Ridge community, with a stunning private view across a lake from south facing large 30Ft pool with spa and no rear neighbours. Set close to the major routes to Orlando attractions, 45mins from Orlando International airport, and only 15 minutes from Disney. Our beautiful single storey villa has over 1900 sqft of space to enjoy and relax in. At the back of the villa leading to the pool is a great family lounge with a new 55in smart 4k TV and DVD player, behind this lounge is a breakfast table leading into the Kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. The Kitchen is fully loaded with all the equipment you’ll need, side by side fridge freezer with ice maker, cooker, dishwasher, waste disposal you will also find a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, slow cooker, liquidiser, and all the servingware you’ll need to when you choose to eat in. As you enter the villa you walk into the formal lounge and dining area with seating for 6 ( and room for more) The huge master king bedroom, with 42in 4K smart TV, has a walk in dressing room/wardrobe and the ensuite has a oversize bath and separate shower, there is a separate WC ( which also offers a outside door allowing easy access from the pool). The 2nd master with queen bed, 32in TV, and large built in wardrobe, also has a ensuite with a large shower There are 2 further bedrooms both with twin beds, dressers, built in wardrobes and TV’s. The Garage has been adapted as a games room, and boasts a sofa, TV with games machine, table tennis table and table football and there is a small library.
