In the living room, a sectional sofa with a chase lounge and 2 armchairs faces a wood-burning fireplace and large-screen SmartTV for relaxed evenings after a day on the mountain. As guests of Aspen Creek, you’ll enjoy access to the community swimming pool and hot tub steps away from your door. Guests also have 2 reserved underground parking spaces—ideal for snowy weather. In the winter, walk to nearby Eagle Lodge to catch first tracks, then take the ski-in trail directly back to the condo. In the summer, hop on the Mammoth Lakes Town Loop for a leisurely bike ride, or drive less than 5 minutes to one of 2 area golf courses. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted, and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for renters. This is a non pet friendly property. There will be a 500 USD fine for any pets found on property by the HOA.
