This home includes 2 master suites (in the main house), each with King-size beds, so is perfect for multigenerational gatherings. The bunkroom has two full-size beds and STILL has plenty of room for shenanigans! This home also includes a bonus upstairs 1-bedroom garage apartment with its own king-size bed + queen sleeper sofa, full bathroom with shower/tub combo and a full kitchen – perfect for those in the group who need a little more privacy or break from the family-chaos. The eat in kitchen includes seating for 8 at the table as well as bar-stool seating for another 4 at the island counter. The huge wrap around porch is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and take in the lush gardens. If the weather is too cold (or hot, after all this is Texas) you can take your coffee into the sun room and enjoy the gardens, minus the elements.
