This charming guest house is tucked away and off the beaten path yet close to many local attractions! Navigate up the winding, paved driveway to your own 400 sq ft space. The inlaw house is on the 2nd floor above our detached garage. Enter by going up the outside staircase to your very own small private deck and living space! The living space is divided up into 3 spaces with curtains in place of doors to maximize living space. There is a small master bedroom with a queen bed, and an adjacent living room with a full size bed, bathroom with shower, and a kitchen. It is cozy, simple, inviting, and peaceful. It has good natural lighting with the skylights. Things to note: We live in the house next to the inlaw space. The outdoor space included with the rental is a deck and an outdoor picnic area, and a small adjustable basketball net in the driveway. This is a great spot to hang your hat while you explore what the area has to offer! We do have high-speed WIRED internet with a cord that fits most Mac and PC laptops. We do not have wifi. It is a direct connection high speed internet. We have a TV and DVD player with a selection of movies to watch (no cable) and plenty of board games to play and puzzles! Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property, including indoor and outdoor spaces. A hefty cleaning fee will result for violations. No parties, drugs or vaping. We live next door on the property. Thanks!
