LOW-COST DAMAGE WAIVER OR SECURITY DEPOSIT

Guests must select either a non-refundable damage waiver for their stay OR a refundable

security deposit.

The refundable security deposit will be held for 15 to 17 days a@er check-out if

no claims are made by Host.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental

agreement, ID verification, and a security hold between $ 500 to 1,500.

Host determines the amount to be held.

As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable

damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company.

The optional damage waiver is $79 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.

To make this process easy, Host will collect payment using a payment link to be provided in a

text, email or WhatsAp message.

$ 100 - Short Stay Premium - add-on for approved 1-night stays

$ 75 - Late Arrival (between 8 pm to 10 pm EST); request for late arrival must be requested 48

hours BEFORE arrival; NO check-ins after 10 pm

$200 - Pet Fee (per pet, per stay). Pets allowed upon request and subject to approval. Breed

and weight restrictions apply.

$1,000 - Unapproved Late Check-out

5% card fee applies to cancellations, refunds, return of security deposit

VIOLATIONS: Violation of any house rule has a fine of $1,000 or more, loss of security deposit,

cancellation of reservation with no refund and guest agrees to leave within one hour of being

no`fied by Host or travel plaborm.

IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

The following items are grounds for immediate cancellation with no refunds: smoking outside of

designated area, unauthorized occupants who are not listed on reservation, and tampering with

property (smoke detectors, cameras or any items labled as owner’s property).

BEFORE YOU BOOK, inquire about these things: One-night stays, Local FL residents and traveling

with service animals.

ID VERIFICATION: Guests are required to complete the check-in and provide a photographed

copy of their government-issued photo ID, with the Guest’s face, address, date of birth and

photo clearly visible and in focus. The reservation billing information must match the

information on the government-issued ID of the Guest making the reservation. We reserve the

right to refuse service to individuals who do not furnish this information. In the event that a

Guest refuses to provide their valid, government-issued ID after making a reservation, the

Guest’s reservation will not be granted information to enter the property and your cancellation

of the reservation will be in accordance with the cancellation information on your reservation.

BACKGROUND SCREENING: No felonies allowed.

SERVICE ANIMALS: are welcome with the following Service Animal Policy: Service animals with a

history of violent or aggressive behavior towards individuals or other pets will not be

accommodated. Your service animal must comply with all licensing and vaccination

requirements mandated by the state and local jurisdiction where you permanently reside. Upon

request, you must provide copies of your service animal’s current licensing and vaccination

records. Guests will make advanced notice that they will be bringing a service animal as part of

your reservation.
