The golden-sand beach of South Padre Island is within a short stroll of this comfortable condo at the Gulf Point Condominiums, the grounds of which will give you access to an outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, tennis courts, a light-filled fitness room, and a game room with air hockey, pool, and Ping-Pong tables. This condo is casual and bright, with the living space all on one level and floor-to-ceiling windows letting in an abundance of coastal sunshine. Come home from the beach to be greeted by a refreshing blast of central air conditioning, easy tile floors, and such conveniences as a stacked washer/dryer and free WiFi. Make yourself at home on the leather sofa in the living room or head outside to your sunny patio to find an outdoor dining table and a view of the palm-studded grounds. Come mealtime, you'll find that the full kitchen has every essential appliance (including a Keurig), a peninsula breakfast bar, and easy access to the adjacent dining room table.
