Welcome to Howland House, a historic Inn located on Spring St. This is a 5 bed, 5 bath inn with four individual units located in it. Three of the units have pull out sofas as well as a daybed. This dog friendly space comes equipped with one full kitchen, parking for 2, and 4 passes for on street parking. Each unit also has ensuite bathrooms, microwaves, mini fridges, coffee stations, ample closet space, an outdoor patio, and was recently upgraded with mini splits. More info in "Notes" section.

Howland House, located at 205 Spring Street, is in one of the best locations in Newport. You are a five minute walk to famous Newport landmarks such as: Bannisters & Bowens Wharf, Trinity and St. Mary's Church and The Black Pearl Restaurant. Truly, you are in the heart of it all with dozens of restaurants, shops, bars and sights right outside your door. Hop in your car for a 10 minute drive to both the Ocean Drive and Bellevue Avenue Preservation Society Mansions.
