Indulge in various water activities such as boating, fishing, kayaking, sailing, skiing, swimming, and tubing are all allowed, making the most of your lakeside getaway. You can also bring your own watercraft and water toys; otherwise, there are many rental options available online. • Please note that the boat and lift are off-limits. And there are 2 outside security cameras on the premises for security purposes. • Property treated for pests. Lakes provide habitat for a variety of creatures. The owner is not responsible for wildlife or insects. • Guests using motorized water toys must adhere to Lake Murray's NO WAKE zones. Close to the docks is a NO WAKE ZONE. Please go into bigger water if you want to boat, tube, or jet ski. Children must be supervised by an adult when on the dock, swimming, or using any water toys as needed. • Before checking in, primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure that you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions. • Property damage protection is included to cover any damages to the premises during your rental period, subject to exclusions and limitations. Guests are responsible for any damage not covered by the policy and for costs exceeding the insurance limit. For stays longer than 30 days, please reach out to us with your inquiry, and we will coordinate with the property owner to confirm availability.
