We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite • Is my booking date available? Use Google Maps with "Lakemont Dr, Fallbrook, CA 92028" for accurate distances • What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day • Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking • How’s the home cleaned? Professionally cleaned with natural products • Safety devices on site? There are 4 security devices Two security cameras: Gate driveway and front door. Each security camera records the driveway activities 24/7 to protect guests and hosts Two noise decibel monitors: Balcony area and near the outside of the garage to prevent prolonged loud-noise. The Minut noise level monitoring devices do not record any audio. They only monitor the noise level all the time and will let you know if you are potentially too noisy for the neighborhood Our neighborhood is peaceful, so please keep noise levels Low. No parties or events. Visitors (non-overnight guests) are also counted in the reservation as half guests. Key-related issues: • If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside. A minimum of 100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc.

THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA All the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern kitchen are here – including a coffee machine. Dining tables and chairs both inside and outside the villa give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations. THE 2 LIVING AREAS The rooms are air-conditioned, and both feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even a game console to keep things exciting. Guest access There is a small storage basement that is locked and off access. Aside from that, the entire estate is yours.
