Through our advanced technologies we are able to deliver world class service. This includes thorough and personal arrival instructions, independent inspections after every clean, a welcome gift for every guest, a check in call by a live representative to ensure customer satisfaction and an additional personal call at the time of departure. We are based on Maui and have a 24/7 support staff for any issues or questions that may arise.
My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

_A starter kit of necessities such as dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, paper towels, and bathroom tissue paper.

Newly and beautifully remodeled -- Maui Kaanapali Villas A209 is Maui at its best! Everything you dream about when you think of Maui awaits. This villa is just steps to Maui’s #1 beach, offering great snorkeling, scuba, stand up paddling, swimming with turtles, stunning sunsets, tranquil tropical grounds and more! Enjoy the whales as they play directly in front of the resort during our winter season. This beautifully decorated 2nd floor condo offers central A/C, can accommodate up to 4 guests and is a great value at this highly rated resort!
Step inside to the open concept living area. A wall of windows invites you out to your expansive private lanai, the perfect place to sip your coffee and enjoy a good book. The well appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals! The large serene and tranquil bedroom has a King size bed, a desk and access to the lanai where you can dine, lounge, and simply enjoy! There is a King sleeper sofa in the living room area, perfect for additional guests. The large bathroom is tastefully decorated and offers dual sinks and a large walk in shower.

Maui Ka’anapali Villas is located just North of Black Rock Beach. Directly in front of the resort are three miles of perfect white sand beach. This resort is arguably located on Maui's best stretch of beach! The normally tranquil ocean at this location creates conditions great for snorkeling, swimming, paddle boarding and more!
The resort features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, a beach activities center (Rent paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel sets and more!), Castaways Café, convenience store, Third Heaven Spa & Massage, fitness center, and more. this resort connects to the Ka’anapali Boardwalk and there is also access to the Ka’anapali Shuttle. It is just a few minutes’ drive to Lahaina and many other of Maui's best beaches and attractions.
*Aston Resort and Maui Kaanapali Villas offers daily from 6 am to 9 am, pool and beach towels, Kaanapali Trolley to Whalers Village Shopping Center, state of the art Precor fitness center with 24-hour access, Yoga classes three days per week (oceanside and garden settings), access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures, and Mai Tai Wednesday
NOTE: From September 9 - November 8 there will be noise from concrete grinding and chipping due to a Resort Project to waterproof the buildings. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday work
