We are based on Maui and have a 24/7 support staff for any issues or questions that may arise. We also include all natural, Hawaiian made toiletries, we clean each condo with Green cleaning supplies and we provide all linens that are 540 thread count or greater. We are available to assist guests by providing recommendations on restaurants and activities. We are Maui locals and are happy to share where the locals go. Maui Kaanapali Villas A412 is a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo on the 4th floor, offering central A/C, high-speed Wi-Fi, and serene garden views. With convenient elevator access, getting to and from your island retreat is simple and seamless. This unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The airy bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed and ample storage for your belongings. In the living room, a queen-size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for guests. The bathroom includes a separate vanity area and a walk-in tile shower, providing comfort and convenience for your stay. The well-appointed full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay ideal whether you're cooking in or bringing back your island favorites. This condo (A412) is located next to the owner's adjoining hotel room (A414). When available, both can be rented together to create a two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup, perfect for families or couples traveling together. Upon checking in at the front desk, Maui Kaanapali Villas has a 35 per day facility fee. This Resort Fee includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles are subject to an extra 10 per day. Maui Ka'anapali Villas features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, and a beach activities center where they offer beach rentals such as stand-up paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel sets, and more. The resort also features an onsite restaurant, Castaways Café, the Third Heaven Spa & Massage, and a state-of-the-art Precor fitness center with 24-hour access, yoga classes 3 times per week, and access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures. Maui Ka'anapali Villas is on the loop that the complimentary Kaanapali Trolley can be taken to other resorts and the Whalers Village Shopping Center.
