If your traveling companions include your dogs, feel free to bring up to two of them along to enjoy the fully-fenced yard. Gather for conversation around the firepit or cozy up for movie nights in the welcoming living area. The pristine kitchen offers everything you need to create your favorite meals for the group. Added perks of this family-friendly home include free WiFi, streaming capabilities, a high chair, and a Pack 'n Play. THINGS TO KNOW There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued. Streaming services are available with own accounts. Up to two family dogs are welcome for a small nightly fee. Family-friendly with provided high chair and Pack 'n Play. RV parking is available. 4x4 vehicle required in winter. The outdoor spaces of this home are shared with the next-door duplex if it is occupied. Midtown Anchorage Basecamp Condo A may be rented with Midtown Anchorage Basecamp Condo B as Midtown Anchorage Basecamp to accommodate up to 16 guests.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
