We have worked to create a warm and inviting home equipped with everything to make your stay enjoyable. Jason is an islander, and Lisa fell in love with the Vineyard as a child. Together, we’ve realized the dream of creating a happy place for our family, friends... and for you. We hope to share with you some of our favorites so you can experience the island ‘like a local’. This exceptional house is the perfect location for all your Vineyard adventures. Just a stone's throw from Main Street in Edgartown, you can easily explore the shops, galleries, and amazing restaurants or simply soak up the stunning Edgartown harbor. Pedal your bike to South Beach, less than three miles away, or State Beach, a little under two miles away. Even closer, you'll find the lovely Fuller Street Beach with views of harbor boats, Chappy and Edgartown Light. Despite its classic Edgartown exterior, this house boasts an open floor plan with breathtaking coastal chic decor and luxurious furnishings. The kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into a three-season room and terrace with a cozy firepit for those cool island nights. The beautifully landscaped yard also features an enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. The bedrooms are perfectly spaced, with two per floor and a comfortable lounge/TV area plus a convenient work niche on the second floor. Air conditioning is provided by a combination of central air on the first floor, and split units in the primary bedroom and third bedroom. Sip morning coffee by the fire pit and evening cocktails on the porch, this house is also a perfect retreat space for your long weekend getaway with friends. While summer is often the draw, spring and autumn are also wonderful for a Vineyard excursion. We offer shorter stays during the 'off season' - bike, hike, relax and simply soak in the salt air.
