Located off North Shore Drive in Surf City, Moonswept offers an ideal island hideaway. Spanning two levels, this townhome is the perfect getaway for you and your family. Ocean views await and the beach is a short walk away. You and your guests will also enjoy access to a shared pool and playground. On the ground level, the carport and driveway provide on-site parking. There's also an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach. As soon as you arrive, you can hear the seagulls and feel the salty breeze blow through your hair. To enter the home, use the stairs or the elevator through the wet weather entrance. The first level contains the primary suite, kitchen, dining area, living area, laundry area, and two guest bedrooms. Live like a local and cook your meals in this gorgeous kitchen. Fully equipped with all-stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinets, and lots of counter space provided by the bar area, whipping up your favorite dishes will be a breeze. The balcony door by the dining area adds a nice touch of natural light. The dining table and bar seating offer plenty of room to enjoy meals together. An adjacent door leads to the deck with an ocean view. Find plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable in the living area. Open the blinds of the large windows to let in the sunshine and take in the views. The second level is lofted and offers another living area and one more bedroom. THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from May 2nd through September 30th.
