Built in the 1960s with updated accents, conveniently located in a historic East Dallas neighborhood near downtown Dallas, it’s the perfect spot to explore Dallas. Expect original foundation and layout. Plus, as a special thank-you, we include complimentary admission to the award-winning Dallas Arboretum. Scroll down for details!

Neighbourhood information

Nestled in the beautiful historical district of Dallas, close to downtown. There are parking spaces on 2 sides of the building. You can park in any space for free. Please limit it to 1 car. If you have more than one car, there is also free street parking. Uber and Lyft friendly area. This is a first floor apartment, you may hear the upstairs neighbors and exterior noise, we offer sound machines and ear plugs upon request. If you need these items please request between 8am-5pm.
