Adults over 24 years if group... family w children OK. Booking guest have to be present at check in and name has to match the credit card used for reservation for other arrangements please call in advance see owner profile. NO pets & NO smoking - lease agreement might has to be signed at check in - it contains house & Southampton town rules. Free tennis and pickeball courts at 2 min by car or walk through forest 15 min.. Animal center on same location you can walk the dogs at Red Creek Park. by car 8 min to ocean beaches, 3 min to bay beaches ,5 min to any restaurant or grocery store in the area.
At ckeck in day I show you how things work: AC, barbeque grill and especially android tv boxes-over 2000 channels from many countries,latest released movies... other questions last minute arrangements 631/885/9665 or Whats/app +1631/728/1130.
Price up to 6 guests/3 bedrooms if you need 4th bedroom input additional guests for pricing or we can settle at check in.
