Top Level – Main Living Area & Entry Enter on the top floor, where the heart of the home greets you with a wall of windows showcasing panoramic mountain views. Unwind on leather sofas by the cozy gas fireplace, or sip your morning brew from the dedicated coffee bar. The open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of space to cook and gather. Just outside, a large deck invites you to dine alfresco, grill out, or simply soak in the peaceful setting. This level also features a Queen bedroom and a full hallway bathroom. Middle Level – Primary Suite & Guest Bedrooms Down one level, the middle floor offers a serene primary suite with a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom, complete with a slate tile shower and rain shower head. Two additional King bedrooms share a full hallway bath, making this floor a quiet retreat for restful nights. Lower Level – Game Room, Bunk Room & Guest Spaces The fun kicks up on the lower level with a game room equipped with a pool table, arcade game, and TV. Step out onto the lower deck to enjoy a soak in the hot tub or gather around the custom stone fire pit with Adirondack seating for s’mores and stargazing. Sleeping arrangements include a bunk room that sleeps six with a twin-over-twin and a queen-over-queen bunk, plus a separate Queen bedroom. Two full hallway bathrooms on this level ensure comfort and convenience for larger groups. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi and YouTube TV on the Roku TV's throughout.
