THINGS TO KNOW The City of Ventura has construction occurring less than half a mile away at Marina Park. Work will typically occur on weekdays, but could also transpire on weekends or overnight. Noise may be audible during work hours. The project is slated to be completed in 2025. This two-story house is accessed via one step at the entryway. The hot tub is out of order. This vacation rental is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups.
